Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS Collectors Division is releasing the latest product from its classic posable series "S.H.Figuarts," which combines sculpting and color, themed on "Ultraman Saga"! The "S.H.Figuarts Hyper Zetton (Imago)" will have a suggested retail price of 12,100 JPY and is scheduled for release in April 2026.
The monster "Zetton" appearing in the tokusatsu film "Ultraman Saga" is the ultimate biological weapon created by Alien Bat by fusing various monster genes and technology. In addition to feeding on monsters and the Space Spheres, it can also absorb human fear, symbolizing despair and destruction in the universe. It possesses three forms: Cocoon, Larva, and Imago. In its "Hyper Zetton" state, where its power and defense reach their peak, it can defeat Ultraman Zero, Ultraman Dyna, and Ultraman Cosmos.
The "S.H.Figuarts Hyper Zetton (Imago)" action figure stands approximately 16 cm tall, recreating Hyper Zetton's beetle-like design. Its pincer-like arms feature sharp spikes. It includes interchangeable parts to recreate its flying pose, allowing for the wings and tail to be displayed as they expand from its back carapace. The shoulder extension mechanism expands the range of articulation, and the upward-sliding design of the shoulder armor allows the arms to be raised above horizontal, enabling the recreation of its destructive attack poses from the show!
The giant pincer parts can be used as accessories for separately sold Ultraman series characters, recreating Zetton's sharp pincer armament!
