Taiwanese toy design company "Asmus Toys" will be launching its latest product themed after the popular anime *Haikyu!!*: the "Shoyo Hinata" 1/6 scale collectible action figure. Pre-orders are currently open on their official website, with an estimated release in Q2 2026.
Shoyo Hinata, the protagonist of *Haikyu!!*, is quite short. Inspired by the "Little Giant" of Karasuno High School's volleyball team in his childhood, he resolved to become a volleyball player and aspired to be Karasuno's ace. His basic physical abilities, apart from his height, are excellent. In matches, he excels at launching attacks with astonishing jumping power and speed. Coupled with Kageyama's tosses for the "Freak Quick Attack" to draw opponents' attention, he allows other spikers to seize the opportunity to attack, earning him the title of "Ultimate Decoy" who paves the way for the ace.
The "ASMUS Collectible Shoyo Hinata" 1/6 scale collectible action figure recreates the "Little Sun's" heroic姿態 on the court, featuring a finely sculpted head and a highly articulated body that allows for various dynamic poses. It comes with three interchangeable expressions: a confident normal face, an impassioned shouting face, and an adorable excited face, along with a variety of interchangeable hand gestures for receiving, tossing, clenching fists, and more. The Karasuno High School volleyball team uniform is faithfully recreated with fabric. Accessories such as knee pads, socks, a cheering towel, and sports shoes are also meticulously crafted. The Hinata crow mascot is the perfect finishing touch!
The "ASMUS Collectible Shoyo Hinata Luxury Edition" also includes a black tracksuit jacket, sweatpants, a white undershirt, white shoes, and an "Ace's Mindset" slogan T-shirt. It comes with two bodies, along with a hexagonal volleyball court base and clear stands, allowing for dual-style display!
To more accurately depict volleyball hand gestures, it includes a clear acrylic stand that can hold the volleyball in the hand and can be adjusted as needed.
