Colleen Hoover's "Reminders of Him" Heads to Big Screen; First Trailer Drops for "It Ends with Us" Author's Latest

Blake Lively's romantic drama "It Ends with Us" dominated the summer box office last year, exceeding expectations with a global gross of $350 million against a modest $25 million budget. This success instantly made original novel author Colleen Hoover a hot commodity in Hollywood, with studios scrambling to adapt her books. Among these highly anticipated adaptations, "Reminders of Him" today unveiled its first trailer, teaser poster, and initial stills (pictured below). The film is slated for a US release on March 13, 2026.

"Reminders of Him" is directed by Vanessa Caswill, known for "Love at First Sight," with a screenplay penned by Lauren Levine, producer of "Bridge to Terabithia." The ensemble cast includes Lauren Graham, Tyriq Withers, Maika Monroe, Bradley Whitford, and singer Lainey Wilson.

Official synopsis: After a seemingly perfect date with her boyfriend, Kenna makes an irreparable mistake that lands her in prison. Seven years later, she returns to her Wyoming hometown, hoping to rebuild her life and reunite with her daughter, Diem, whom she has never met. While Diem's grandparents, who have custody, adamantly refuse to let Kenna see her daughter, Kenna unexpectedly finds empathy and a deeper connection with Ledger, a former football player and local bar owner. As their secret romance blossoms, they face increasing dangers that push Kenna to the brink of heartbreak, yet ultimately offer her hope for a second chance.
