From Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS Company's collector's toy division TAMASHII NATIONS, the popular articulated figure series 'S.H.Figuarts' has announced the latest product from the Tokusatsu 'Ultraman' series, "Kaiser Belial", scheduled for release in June 2026.
Ultraman Belial was originally one of the warriors protecting the Land of Light, but due to his delusion of pursuing greater power, he approached the core of the forbidden "Plasma Spark Tower," violating the M78 Space Garrison Law and was exiled. While wandering the universe, he acquired the "Reionics" factor, which allowed him to control monsters. His body and personality underwent drastic changes, transforming him into the most malevolent and powerful Ultraman. He repeatedly led monster armies to seek revenge on the Land of Light. After being defeated by Ultraman Zero at the end of "Mega Monster Battle Ultra Galaxy: The Movie," he miraculously survived and drifted to another universe. In the sequel, "Ultraman Zero: The Revenge of Belial," he established the formidable "Belial Galactic Empire," attempting to dominate the entire universe and once again seek revenge on the Land of Light.
The "S.H.Figuarts Kaiser Belial" is supervised by Tsuburaya Productions' LSS sculpting department, faithfully recreating his on-screen appearance at a height of 15 cm. It meticulously sculpts Belial's extremely menacing head sculpt and his massive claws on both hands, with color applications to reproduce the metallic texture and scars on his head. The colossal "cape," a symbol of the Galactic Empire's emperor, is composed of plastic parts around the collar and three hanging fabric pieces. The fabric not only replicates the characteristic wrinkles and irregular jagged edges but also features embedded metal wires, allowing for dynamic posing to complement the main figure's actions.
Accessories include three pairs of interchangeable hands, two pairs of "Kaiser Belial Claw" recreating hands, a "Deathcium Ray" effect part for his special move, and the "Giga Battle Nizer" weapon used in the previous work, "Mega Monster Battle Ultra Galaxy: The Movie."
