Japanese toy brand MEDICOM TOY's popular action figure series "MAFEX" has unveiled a new product based on the 2023 film "The Flash" — the "No.293 Batman The Flash Ver." action figure. The suggested retail price is 14,080 JPY, with an estimated release in August 2026!
In the movie "The Flash," Barry, defying Batman's advice, uses his Speed Force to alter the past to save his mother, but accidentally enters a parallel universe in 2013, where he encounters his still-living mother and a version of himself without the Speed Force. To regain his powers, he teams up with his alternate self, Batman, and Supergirl to fight General Zod, who has once again invaded Earth.
This "Batman The Flash Ver." figure stands approximately 16 cm tall, bringing to life the Ben Affleck Batman who appeared at the beginning of the film. The head sculpt, prototyped by Kyoichi Shimazaki, captures actor Ben Affleck's masked Batman look in a compact size, with his iconic red eyes and cleft chin meticulously reproduced! The sculpt exquisitely recreates details such as the armor and fabric textures of Batman's suit from the film, though the chest armor's design appears to slightly restrict waist articulation. The cape is made of fabric and features hidden wires on the sides, allowing for dynamic, flowing poses! Accessories include three interchangeable head sculpts with different expressions, multiple sets of interchangeable hands, and weapons such as Batarangs and a grapple gun, enabling the recreation of various scenes from the film.
