Following their inaugural release, the "Chibi Creature" sofubi line from emerging Hong Kong brand Ember Toys continues its dive into the world of "SSSS.GRIDMAN" with its latest offering: the "Chibi Creature Ghoulghilas"! This second monster release follows the previously launched "Chibi Creature Kaiju Anti." The new figure is priced at 12,210 JPY and is slated for a March 2026 release.
First appearing in the anime's premiere episode, "Ghoulghilas" was conjured by Akane Shinjo out of frustration after her hot dog bun was hit by a volleyball. This fiery kaiju could spew bouncing fireballs until its neck was discovered to be its weak point, leading to its swift decapitation.
The highly anticipated second monster in the "Chibi Creature" line, "Chibi Creature Ghoulghilas," stands approximately 14cm tall. This SD-style figure captures Ghoulghilas' distinctive long neck and snake-like body in an adorable, deformed aesthetic. Transparent parts are used for the crystals on its back, while the striking red dorsal fins and twisted horns are brought to life with rich, textured paintwork. Fans can look forward to more "SSSS.GRIDMAN" kaiju joining the lineup in the future!
