Japan's official "Mobile Suit Gundam" Gunpla flagship store, GUNDAM BASE, has announced detailed information for its latest limited-edition product from "Mobile Suit Gundam 00", the "MG 1/100 Gundam Virtue [Clear Color]", which will be available for sale at all stores starting November 29, 2025.
The GN-005 Gundam Virtue is a third-generation Gundam mobile suit developed by the private armed organization Celestial Being, piloted by the Innovator Gundam Meister "Tieria Erde". This mobile suit possesses robust and heavy armor, equipped with several large GN Condensers and various GN Beam Weapons, capable of sweeping enemy mobile suits from the rear of the battlefield with high-firepower, wide-range GN Bazookas and GN Cannons. It can also deploy a "GN Field" to defend against beam, solid, and close-range attacks. Beneath its heavy armor, it conceals its true form, the "GN-004 Nadleeh Gundam", whose core purpose is to activate the "Trial System" against traitors, connecting to Veda to forcibly gain control of other Gundam mobile suits.
The "MG 1/100 Gundam Virtue [Clear Color]" is based on the regular version released in 2021, with all parts other than the dark gray, such as white, black, red, and yellow, changed to clear color variations. Even the Nadleeh Gundam's soft plastic red cables are now transparent. Whether in Gundam Virtue or Nadleeh Gundam form, the internal armor and frame details can be seen through the white exterior armor, making it more convenient for special customization techniques like lighting or glow-in-the-dark paint, and allowing for a different style compared to regular Gunpla.
In its heavy armor Gundam Virtue form, it can be equipped with its signature "GN Bazooka" featuring an extendable mechanism. The "GN Cannons" on both shoulders can also be rotated forward and have extendable barrels to recreate attack poses. The "GN Field" deployment devices located throughout the body also feature a sliding mechanism, allowing for the recreation of the field deployment state.
The lightly armored Nadleeh Gundam, after shedding its armor, can also equip "GN Cannons" on both arms, and comes with its dedicated GN Beam Rifle and GN Shield. It also recreates the structure for storing GN Beam Sabers inside the knee armor. The red cables, resembling hair, feature dynamic curves and a multi-layered structure, giving the design a more three-dimensional feel.
