BANDAI CANDY, the candy toy division of Japan's Bandai Co., Ltd., has announced the release of a new product from its 'SO-DO' series of Kamen Rider-themed articulated candy toys. The new item, "Kamen Rider ZEZTZ AGT2," from the latest series installment, Kamen Rider ZEZTZ, is scheduled to launch on December 01, 2025.
The protagonist of the series, Manzumo, is a young man who experiences misfortune whenever he helps others and possesses the ability to freely control "lucid dreams." One day, in a dream, he encountered Commander ZERO of the confidential defense organization "CODE" and was granted the ZEZTZ Driver, Dream Capsules, and other items, thus gaining the ability to transform into "Kamen Rider ZEZTZ." Since then, Manzumo has become a special agent, infiltrating the dream worlds of others to prevent nightmare entities from devouring dream hosts and invading the real world.
"Kamen Rider ZEZTZ AGT2" continues the series' play style, where collecting parts A and B of the same Kamen Rider allows you to assemble a complete Kamen Rider with its armaments. This release will feature a total of 10 types of parts to collect, including ZEZTZ's "Mental Recovery/Mental Shield" and "Tech Mech/Tech Projection" forms, Commander ZERO's remotely operated support robot "CODE ZERO Motorcycle," and two unrevealed characters.
Each character features flexible articulated joint designs, meticulously reproducing the under-suit patterns and robust muscle lines characteristic of the in-show costumes. Different molded color parts and supplementary stickers are used to restore the costume colors from the series as accurately as possible.
