Bandai's GASHAPON capsule toy division is launching a new product based on the classic popular anime "Sgt. Frog" – the "Sgt. Frog Mini Frog Marker Charm" Gashapon. Each turn costs 300 JPY, and it is scheduled to be released in late January 2026!
"Sgt. Frog" (ケロロ軍曹) is a monthly manga series created by Japanese manga artist Mine Yoshizaki. In 2004, it was adapted into a TV anime by Sunrise, chronicling the boisterous comedic daily lives of Sgt. Keroro and his platoon, who were dispatched from "Keron Star" for reconnaissance but accidentally exposed their presence and ended up living with the Hinata family. The official announcement of a brand new theatrical film set for summer 2026 has also been made recently, which is highly anticipated!
GASHAPON's marker charm series features a rubber ring attached to the charm, allowing it to be placed on items like umbrellas for identification, preventing mix-ups! Following the previous "Sgt. Frog Marker Charm!" and "Sgt. Frog Marker Charm ~Animal Transformation!~", this "Sgt. Frog Mini Frog Marker Charm" transforms the Keroro Platoon members into their childhood forms, creating approximately 3 cm tall character figures. Each character is crafted with poses and dynamics that match their individual personalities. The collection includes five types: Sgt. Keroro, Private First Class Tamama, Corporal Giroro, Sergeant Major Kururu, and Lance Corporal Dororo. From the heart-eyed Tamama to the teary-eyed Dororo, they are all incredibly adorable! Fans of "Sgt. Frog" should definitely not miss out!
