THE MONSTERS sprite supergroup LABUBU, which has seen a massive resurgence in popularity in recent years thanks to POP MART's blind box series, is now celebrating its tenth anniversary (Toy People also interviewed artist Kasing Lung back in 2014)! This touring exhibition has now arrived in Taipei, and the Taipei stop of THE MONSTERS 10th Anniversary Tour is themed "Now and Then," inviting fans to step into this fantastical, magical forest~
Follow the footprints! So cute~
Inside a series of small, independent exhibition rooms, not only can you admire Kasing Lung's precious original manuscripts up close, but there is also an incredibly dreamy mirror room that encapsulates ten years of his work. Get a glimpse into the creative process behind the works—it's an absolute feast for the eyes for any fan!

Wandering through the Fantasy Forest, this area showcases Kasing Lung's journey and provides a detailed introduction to the most active LABUBUs in the forest~ Next up is the Manuscript Study, filled with whimsical manuscripts, where you can feel the evolution of LABUBU over the past decade, as well as the creative process and inspiration! The surprise design elements hanging from above make it seem as if the sprites have leaped out of the books into the real world to play some pranks!
■ Mirror Room
The "Mirror Room" space, constructed with mirrors, displays THE MONSTERS-related works from 2015 to the present. It's truly dazzling and such a blissful experience! The mirrors reflect an infinitely extending scene, making you feel like you've entered the LABUBU universe~ Here, you can deeply experience the immense creative energy from the past ten years.
The four figures, united for the first time~
The rare trading cards are also a highlight of this exhibition~
Our Toy People photographer (the boss lady herself) also showed off her personal collection. Seeing the artist's signature from ten years ago, you know she's a long-time fan~ Truly a precious item!
Next up is a massive photo dump! And of course, you can't miss the collaboration product with Toy People~
