BANDAI SPIRITS' TAMASHII NATIONS collector's toy division in Japan has announced that the latest product from the popular die-cast action figure 'METAL BUILD' series, 'METAL BUILD EX PROJECT Kamen Rider Zero-One' from 'Kamen Rider Zero-One', will have its full details revealed at 'TAMASHII NATION 2025' on November 14th. Simultaneously, some original mechanisms have been previewed.
The protagonist of the series, Aruto Hiden, is the young president who took over the AI company 'Hiden Intelligence'. He transforms into Kamen Rider Zero-One using the 'Hiden Zero-One Driver' left by the first president, Korenosuke Hiden, and the 'Progrise Keys' which contain biological power. With this power, he resolves incidents of rogue androids, 'Humagear', caused by the terrorist organization 'MetsubouJinrai.net'. In his basic form, 'Rising Hopper', he possesses exceptional jumping ability and can unleash his Rider Kick finisher, 'Rising Impact'.
The main body of 'METAL BUILD EX PROJECT Kamen Rider Zero-One' continues the original work's style and color scheme, which combines technology and athleticism. It incorporates numerous die-cast movable joint parts, and its exterior details feature a large number of original METAL BUILD designs, such as the chest armor's deployment mechanism and flying effect parts. In the prototype images released in advance, it can be seen that multiple areas, including both sides of the head, the chest, thighs, and calves, are equipped with armor deployment mechanisms and can be fitted with cool effect parts.
