Japanese figure manufacturer Good Smile Company's Shanghai branch, Good Smile Arts Shanghai, following the "Scarlet 1/7 Scale Figure," has once again announced the latest product from the popular mobile game "Goddess of Victory: NIKKE," the "Scarlet: Black Shadow 1/7 Scale Figure," slated for release in January 2027.
The highly popular NIKKE, "Scarlet," was once a member of a mass-produced close-quarters combat NIKKE unit a century ago, participating in the First Rapture Invasion. Unlike her current image of drowning sorrows in alcohol and having a lax attitude, "Scarlet: Black Shadow" back then was an extremely belligerent, teetotaling berserker who constantly honed her martial arts. However, she was the only survivor of the war, and the sword she now wields is "Flower Without Ten Days of Red," a memento from her fallen sister, "Rose."
The "Scarlet: Black Shadow 1/7 Scale Figure" is crafted at an approximate height of 25 cm, depicting her standing on the battlefield. Her mysterious yet sexy physique not only captures her elegant body curves and realistic details like wrinkles, seams, and battle damage on her attire, but also employs various shades and gloss levels of black paintwork to express the textural differences of skin-revealing sheer fabric, matte leather, and smooth, lustrous metal surfaces. Her wind-swept, battle-damaged cape and vivid red, sharp blade further accentuate her dignified posture.
Furthermore, the accessories include two interchangeable face parts: a "Shy Face" with blushing cheeks and a "Mad Face" with sharp eyes and a sinister grin. These allow you to appreciate Scarlet: Black Shadow's various emotional changes as you prefer, recreating her extremely belligerent berserker personality from that era.
