Following the releases of Draciel S, Driger S, and Dranzer S, the latest generation of competitive toys, "BEYBLADE X," from Japanese toy company TAKARA TOMY, finally sees the entry of the Beyblade belonging to the captain of the Japanese (BBA) team! The "Dragoon Storm S" (Booster Dragoon Storm) is scheduled for release on December 27, 2025, with a suggested retail price of 1,700 JPY (tax included).
As the fourth generation in TAKARA TOMY's Beyblade series, "BEYBLADE X" features a sawtooth design on both the Beyblade's Bit structure and the inner wall of the stadium. When these engage, they trigger the super-acceleration function "X-DASH" (Extreme Dash), making the intense Beyblade battles even more immersive and creating a street competition that captivates the attention of onlookers!
The "Dragoon" is an attack-type Beyblade used by Tyson Granger (Kinomiya Takao), the sole successor to the Dragon Heart Sword Style, with its corresponding Bit Beast being "Dragoon" (Azure Dragon). While its balance and stamina are average, Dragoon's selling point is its specialized attack capabilities. Not only does it move swiftly, but its most unique feature is its "left-spinning" rotation, which is opposite to most Beyblades. This allows it to absorb the opponent's Beyblade's rotational force, thereby significantly enhancing its own attack power!
This iteration of Dragoon Storm S, incorporating the latest BEYBLADE X technology, features the Dragoon Bit Beast emblem and stickers on its Blade component, along with four sharp attack angles specifically optimized for left-spinning. The Ratchet adopts a four-blade design that more easily deflects opposing Beyblade attacks. The Bit, made with rubber material and a flat bottom, grants this Beyblade high-speed movement capabilities. This model can attack along a "trajectory opposite to right-spinning Beyblades"! It's definitely a must-have, incredibly cool!
