American toy brand MEZCO TOYZ's popular 1/12 scale action figure series "One:12 Collective" has launched a new Marvel Comics-themed product: the "The Leader" 1/12 scale action figure. With a suggested retail price of US$116, it is now available for pre-order on the MEZCO official website, with an estimated release date between March and July 2026!
The Leader first appeared in issue #62 of "Tales to Astonish," released in 1964, co-created by Stan Lee and Steve Ditko. The Leader's real name is Samuel Sterns. Originally a janitor, he mutated after accidental exposure to gamma radiation, transforming into a green-skinned being with superhuman intellect.
This 1/12 scale action figure of The Leader stands approximately 17 cm tall and utilizes the One:12 Collective articulated body, featuring over 30 points of articulation. The figure meticulously sculpts The Leader's iconic large head and recreates his simple yet sharp comic book costume using fabric materials combined with plastic parts! Accessories include multiple interchangeable hands, three interchangeable head sculpts, a mental amplifier helmet, a laser pistol, a gamma ray blaster, and other weapons, as well as a dedicated display base emblazoned with "The Leader." This figure can be displayed alongside the previously revealed "Hulk" to recreate their iconic confrontations from the comics!
