The "Transformers Generations" series, launched by the internationally renowned toy manufacturer "Hasbro", has entered a brand new product line this year: the "Age of the Primes". This line not only features key characters from the classic G1 animation but also widely incorporates popular characters from subsequent animations, comics, and other works. Fans can discover both the justice-upholding Autobots and their opposing Decepticons. The most enticing aspect of this series, as mentioned in the title, is undoubtedly the materialization of the ancient Thirteen Primes – an unprecedented feat in the history of Transformers toys. This initiative has garnered immense anticipation from many collectors even before its release. Now, the series has entered its third wave, with more than half of the Thirteen Primes already introduced, making it an excellent choice for those looking to collect them. Today's unboxing report will bring you five figures from the Age of the Primes. Without further ado, let's dive right in!
▼The five protagonists of this unboxing: two Deluxe Class, two Voyager Class, and one Leader Class figures. The outer packaging features a transparent window, offering protection while making it easier to view the toys themselves.

▼The side of the outer box also features character portraits, convenient for collection and identification.

▼"The Thirteen Micronus Prime" (also translated as Micro-Star), the ancestor of the Mini-Cons and the smallest of the Primes. He is regarded as the embodiment of morality and conscience among the Thirteen Primes, often concealed within his transformable Apex Armor. He wields the artifact "Chimera Stone", which can transfer energy to other Primes and transform into appropriate forms to achieve unity of purpose. This iteration's design largely adopts the appearance from the 2015 animated series, "Transformers: Robots In Disguise".

▼Let's first examine his outer armor mode. Though small in stature, the details are incredibly refined.

▼The Chimera Stone can be attached to the chest via a peg, and it features a printed symbol exclusive to Micronus Prime.

▼Basic articulation is comprehensively present.

▼Opening the chest hinge reveals the Micronus Prime body, stored within in a circular disc mode.

▼Utilizing a combination of transparent material and metallic paint, the visual effect is quite pleasing.

▼Transform! While the robot mode is truly miniature and perfectly fitting, its articulation is surprisingly robust, making it both adorable and fun to play with.

▼The Apex Armor can be disassembled and reassembled to transform into a unicycle.

▼Naturally, the Prime can also ride it, offering incredibly diverse play options that imbue this Micronus Prime with the ultimate charm of Transformers!

▼"Venin" (French for venom, corresponding to the character's original name Venom): From the G1 Insecticons, he is their nominal leader, constantly suspicious of his peers, fearing usurpation and a fall from power. He can transform into a mechanical cicada for disguise. This toy marks the first time since the 1985 original Deluxe Insecticons that Venin has received an entirely new mold, reinterpreting his unique appearance with a fresh design.

▼Both the color scheme and the overall appearance pay great homage to the original toy, making it an absolute must-have for veteran fans!

▼Not only the head, but also the chest features striking transparent material, truly beautiful!

▼Comes with his signature rifle and short axe as armaments, which look quite handsome when paired together.

▼The two weapons can also combine to form a larger axe!

▼Mechanical cicada mode, where the transparent wings are most eye-catching.

▼Everyone, hurry and bring him home so the Insecticons can be reunited as a family!

▼"Flatline": Originally from the IDW live-action movie comics, his character image was later re-envisioned by IDW and integrated into the G1 comic storyline. Although Flatline is a Decepticon medic, he treats the injured without regard for faction. This toy utilizes the mold of the previously released "Transformers: Armada" Red Alert, changing the color scheme to a black and red combination, and includes a variety of weapon parts for collectors to freely mix and match.

▼The color palette faithfully recreates the character's classic black and red, a combination that is both understated and luxurious.

▼The head sculpt is an entirely new design.

▼The weapon play is also quite diverse; in addition to being held directly, it can be reconfigured as a shoulder cannon, and the muzzle even comes with three interchangeable parts for collectors to choose from.

▼Ambulance mode, continuing the aesthetic of the Armada Red Alert. Unexpectedly, the black and red combination gives it a cool, sleek appearance!

▼As an ambulance, having an ECG graphic on the side is perfectly logical.

▼In vehicle mode, the weapons can also be deployed. This contrast of aggression and healing coexisting is perhaps his most captivating charm?

▼"The Thirteen Alpha-Trion" (also translated as Master Titanium), the record keeper among the Thirteen Primes. He wields the legendary artifacts "Quill" and "Covenant Book", documenting everything that transpires on Cybertron. He can even alter future events through his writing, truly a witness to the turning of destiny and the flow of history. This iteration's design draws inspiration from his younger A-3 era appearance in the G1 animation.

▼His classic red and purple combination is faithfully reproduced, a familiar sight for veteran fans.

▼The head sculpt, as mentioned, is based on Alpha-Trion's younger appearance in the animation, sporting party-style glasses and a beard length different from his older self.

▼The two included artifacts: the Covenant Book and the Quill.

▼The Covenant Book combines solid and transparent parts and features a page-flipping mechanism. The second page is printed with the Cybertronian phrase "TILL ALL ARE ONE" and Alpha-Trion's personal symbol.

▼The Autobot symbol on the abdomen can also be removed independently, recreating the "Coder Remote" used in the animation. The hands feature single-axis four-finger articulation for easy gripping of accessories.

▼Both the Quill and the Covenant Book can be held by Alpha-Trion via pegs.

▼The rear skirt armor can also be removed and, after a simple transformation, used as a shield.

▼After removing the Coder Remote, it can be freely attached via 5mm pegs, and the bolts on the shoulder armor can also be removed and repositioned for customization.

▼"Tsk, broken again? You're impossible (hands on hips)."

▼Vehicle mode: This time, a Cybertronian spaceship serves as his transformation mode.

▼Both artifacts can also be stored beneath the craft in this mode.

▼Do you like this new interpretation of the venerable Alpha-Trion in the Age of Primes?

▼"The Thirteen Onyx Prime" (also translated as Sharp Sky Gallant), the most spiritual Beast King among the Thirteen Primes, and the progenitor of all beast-form Transformers. He wields the artifact "Triptych Mask", allowing his spirit to traverse vast distances, and even communicate with sparks through dreams, breaking the limitations of space and time. This spiritual gift further highlights his gentle and friendly nature. This toy can freely transform between four modes: robot, centaur, four-legged dragon, and six-legged hippogriff, offering an incredibly rich play experience that is sure to delight!

▼Robot mode: The sheer presence of a Leader Class figure is simply unmatched!

▼Head sculpt: Upon closer inspection, there are many intricate details sculpted to resemble animal fur and feathers on his body.

▼The artifact: a staff composed of the Triptych Mask.

▼The articulation is also quite excellent, allowing for various cool poses with ease.

▼Second mode: Centaur. By lowering the horse legs mounted on his shoulders, he transforms into this unique form.

▼Thanks to the articulated joints, striking an archery pose is truly a piece of cake.

▼Next, let's look at his third transformation: the four-legged dragon mode.

▼Head: Features an articulated temporomandibular joint.

▼What do you think of this dragon mode?

▼Let's examine the final transformation: the six-legged hippogriff mode, which essentially involves extending the centaur's front limbs.

▼As an ancient and exotic beast of Cybertron, Onyx Prime is absolutely deserving of the title. His magnificent centaur mode alone makes him a definite must-have for any collection!
