X-PLUS Japan's "Large Monster Series" (大怪獣シリーズ) has announced a new release to celebrate the upcoming 60th anniversary of "Ultra Q" (ウルトラQ) in 2026: the "Garamon Garadama Ver. TSUBURAYA Limited Color" PVC pre-painted figure. Pre-orders are currently open on TSUBURAYA STORE ONLINE, with an estimated shipping date of April 2026 and a suggested retail price of 25,300 JPY (tax included).
The meteorite monster "Garamon," making its return to the Large Monster Series, utilizes the same mold as the 2014 Garamon from the same series, but features an entirely new paint application and includes the mysterious giant meteorite "Garadama" (ガラダマ) that fell from the sky. The Garamon figure stands approximately 24 cm tall, meticulously recreating Garamon's complex, spiky skin, classic face, highly expressive mouth, gray body and limbs, and, of course, its slender tail. The Garadama also showcases beautiful gradient colors and conveys a realistic rock texture with numerous cracks.
