The affordable pre-painted figure series 'POP UP PARADE', launched by Japanese figure manufacturer GOOD SMILE COMPANY, has announced its latest product from the popular video game series 'Kirby', 'POP UP PARADE Kirby Wheelie Rider Ver.', scheduled for release in July 2026.
The special state of Kirby riding a unicycle motorbike, 'Wheelie Rider', first appeared in 'Kirby Super Star', released in 1996. It possesses abilities such as high-speed movement, agile jumping, and star shooting. When a 2P player controls the unicycle motorbike, two players can cooperate in attacking and moving. What left the deepest impression on players was the stage in the game's 'Meta Knight's Revenge' mode, where Kirby escapes the battleship in Wheelie Rider form. In the latest installment of the series, 'Kirby's Dream Buffet', the unicycle motorbike also appears as a usable Dream Buffet vehicle, allowing players to relive this classic special state.
The 'POP UP PARADE Kirby Wheelie Rider Ver.' figure stands approximately 14 cm tall, bringing Kirby's cute appearance riding a unicycle motorbike to life. The design faithfully recreates his initial appearance in 'Kirby Super Star', featuring his characteristic goggles helmet and the unicycle motorbike's massive exhaust pipe. Rich color application expresses the texture of metal parts and tires. Kirby's focused expression, combined with the significantly forward-leaning unicycle motorbike, gives the figure a sense of high-speed motion!
