GASHAPON, Bandai Toy Company's gashapon brand in Japan, which specializes in popular gashapon products featuring ultimate sculpting and ultimate luminescence, has announced the latest product from Tsuburaya Productions' special effects series "Ultraman Seven": the "Imitation Ultraman Seven & Capsule Monster Agira Set," scheduled for release in March 2026.
Imitation Ultraman Seven appeared in Episode 46 of "Ultraman Seven." It is a robot created by the Salome Aliens based on Ultraman Seven's image for the purpose of invading Earth. They even kidnapped Ultraman Seven in his human form, "Dan Moroboshi," and used a truth serum device to make him reveal the formula for the Emerium Ray. As a result, the completed "Imitation Ultraman Seven" not only had the exact same height and weight but also could use all of Seven's techniques. Even Seven's Capsule Monster "Agira" mistook him for its master upon seeing him and was unilaterally beaten while confused.
The "ULTIMATE LUMINOUS Imitation Ultraman Seven & Capsule Monster Agira Set" simultaneously includes character figures of Imitation Ultraman Seven and Capsule Monster Agira. With precise sculpting and color application in a palm-sized form, it faithfully recreates the suit designs from the show as much as possible. They can be displayed together to recreate the scene where the two characters meet in the series.
Imitation Ultraman Seven stands approximately 13.5 cm tall. It faithfully recreates the head identical to the genuine Ultraman Seven, as well as the differing parts such as the added belt, limb protectors, and rivets. The head dart part on the top of the head is detachable. The head contains an internal LED light-up unit that illuminates the forehead beam lamp and both eyes. Additionally, the product includes a background paper printed with the "Salome Alien Secret Factory" pattern. When used together, it can recreate the scene of Imitation Ultraman Seven stored in the factory.
Capsule Monster "Agira" is produced at a height of approximately 11.5 cm. It delicately expresses its rock-like skin and Triceratops-like head sculpt. Its upward-gazing eyes look a bit dazed and cute. Displaying it with Imitation Ultraman Seven can recreate the scene where it's confused about whether it's its master and its mind is in chaos.
