The latest product, "Huckebein Mk-III Trombe," from the "HG (High Grade)" robot model kit series, launched by Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS Company's HOBBY Division, has been announced for release in March 2026, originating from the "Super Robot Wars OG" series.
The original unit from the "Super Robot Wars OG" series, the Huckebein Mk-III, is a successor developed from the "Huckebein Mk-II," conceived as a "miniaturized, high-performance SRX." In addition to being equipped with the same "T-LINK System" and "Uranus System" as the R-1, it also features the same "Tronium Engine" as the SRX, allowing its pilot to unleash abilities surpassing the SRX through their powerful psychokinesis. For weaponry, it not only inherits the Huckebein series' Photon Rifle and Graviton Rifle but can also switch weapon forms via the "AM Enhanced Armor Module." This commercialized "RTX-011RT Huckebein Mk-III Trombe" is, like the previously released "Huckebein Mk-II Trombe," the personal unit of Elzam V. Branstein.
The "HG Huckebein Mk-III Trombe" is a modification based on the previously released standard Huckebein Mk-III. All parts have been molded in new colors to reproduce the characteristic red and black tones of Elzam's personal unit. It boasts a refined and cool body proportion and armor design, while also featuring excellent articulation. The torso utilizes a multi-directional ball-and-socket joint design, allowing for a variety of dynamic combat poses.
Weaponry includes the Graviton Rifle, a Photon Rifle that can be stored in the rear waist, Beam Swords that can be stored inside the skirt armor, and Fang Boomerangs that can deploy into an X-shape. The two most distinctive map-attack weapons on the back, the "Multi-Launch Missile Pods," can both open to reveal internal missile details. Additionally, a newly sculpted "Zero-G Molecular Sword" hilt is included.
