A work that almost brought Tatsunoko Production to its knees...

From the Japanese anime "Karas," "Otowa Karas" awakens in Shinjuku city center, reborn in a new form! This model exquisitely recreates Otowa Karas's black and gold armored appearance after his rebirth, featuring a highly articulated body structure, allowing you to personally pose him in various classic and cool stances from the show. The eyes feature a built-in light-up design, replicating the glowing effect of Otowa Karas's majestic gaze.
Karas's cape, which appeared in the anime, has now been materialized and can be directly worn on the Otowa Karas model without assembly or disassembly, fulfilling fans' dreams of the urban guardian's iconic look.
The main body stands approximately 20cm tall, and accessories include a dedicated cape, dedicated sword, dedicated sword unleashed form, dedicated scabbard, 4 pairs of interchangeable hands, a dedicated sculpted cape, and more. The eyes can light up via magnetic control!
There are three toy products for Reborn Karas, and I've collected all three! I can't help it, I truly feel I'm Karas's number one hardcore fan!
Although it's called a model, your role is essentially that of an assembly worker; I believe 15 minutes is more than enough to put it together! The appearance faithfully recreates the feel of the show! The main body is slightly grayish, and QC is average! Honestly, the gold lines on all three versions require self-painting, and this one is no exception!

Articulation is decent, and joint stability is also good. However, the ankle joints' ground contact is average, making it difficult to stand without a display base! If you find it difficult to change the hand parts, it's recommended to use a hairdryer for a short period before attempting to change them.
Undeniably, when Reborn Karas is equipped with the feathered cape, his imposing aura is fully unleashed! The advantage is that it looks incredibly cool! The drawback is that once the cape is attached, don't expect to perform high-difficulty poses, especially with the head and shoulders. Additionally, without a display base, the weight of the cape causes him to constantly fall backward, so after playing with it, you can reattach the cape and display base, pose him in a very stylish manner for display, and then you'll feel that five hundred dollars was truly worth it, especially with the eyes lit up!
Whether you're a hardcore Karas fan or simply someone who loves beautifully designed toys, get it!
