Clooney explained to the "Daily Mail" that he was following in the footsteps of Paul Newman, declaring he would no longer be kissing women on screen. He recounted discussing this with his wife when he turned 60, telling her that while he could still play basketball with 25-year-olds and was in good physical condition, in 25 years he would be 85, and age is a concrete number regardless of diet. He clarified that this doesn't rule out future romantic roles, provided they don't involve kissing.
