Japan's Furyu Corporation (フリュー株式会社), which operates various entertainment businesses, under its TENITOL TALL series—which features larger figures compared to the affordable TENITOL series—has unveiled another new product based on the popular anime "My Youth Romantic Comedy Is Wrong, As I Expected." following the previously released "Yukino Yukinoshita". This new item is the "Yui Yuigahama" pre-painted complete figure, priced at 10,450 JPY and scheduled for release in July 2026!
"My Youth Romantic Comedy Is Wrong, As I Expected." is a light novel series written by Wataru Watari and illustrated by Ponkan8. In 2013, it was adapted into a TV anime by Brain's Base, telling the story of the socially awkward protagonist Hachiman Hikigaya, who, under the guidance of his teacher, joins the "Service Club," and the youthful tale that unfolds as he meets two beautiful girls, Yukino Yukinoshita and Yui Yuigahama.
This TENITOL TALL Yui Yuigahama figure stands approximately 30 cm tall. Inspired by the cover illustration of the original novel's 11th volume, the sculpt faithfully recreates the plumpness of her thighs and the design and wrinkle details of her Sobu High School uniform. Her fair, delicate skin is rendered with molded colors, while her flowing hair and skirt add a significant sense of dynamism to the overall presentation. While retaining Yui's usual bright and cheerful demeanor, the figure also captures her slightly melancholic and intriguing expression!
