Two months ago, Michael Waldron, co-writer of the upcoming "Avengers: Doomsday" (the fifth installment in the "Avengers" saga), revealed that the scrapped version of "Avengers 5," titled "The Kang Dynasty," originally featured the Young Avengers teaming up to defeat the villain Kang. Recently, prominent entertainment scooper MyTimeToShineH posted new details, further unveiling major plot points from the script.

According to MyTimeToShineH, the TVA would recruit Nexus Beings from various universes, believing only these individuals possessed the power to defeat the Council of Kangs. Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield's versions of Spider-Man were designated Nexus Beings for their respective timelines, while Tom Holland's Spider-Man served as Earth-616's Nexus Being.
MyTimeToShineH also noted that "The Kang Dynasty" was envisioned as a smaller-scale film compared to the sixth installment, "Secret Wars." Its narrative would have centered on the three generations of Spider-Men, Wolverine, and other Nexus Beings, including Nicolas Cage's rumored return as Ghost Rider. Ultimately, this group of Nexus Beings would suffer defeat, leading to the collapse of the multiverse. This collapse would allow Kang to create Battleworld, setting the stage for "Secret Wars" and bringing together a multitude of MCU and other-universe characters into this new realm.
While "The Kang Dynasty" was ultimately scrapped, "Secret Wars" remains on track. Therefore, the concept of Battleworld, originally intended as a setup for "Secret Wars" in "The Kang Dynasty," could still emerge as the eventual outcome of the current "Avengers: Doomsday" storyline.
