Following "Lion-O" and "Mumm-Ra," renowned poster design and toy company MONDO once again launches a new product based on the classic American animated series *ThunderCats*—the "Cheetarah Limited Edition" 1/6 scale articulated figure. With a suggested retail price of US$245 and limited to 2,000 units, it is currently available for limited-time pre-order on MONDO's official website, scheduled for release in August 2026!
*ThunderCats*, an animated TV series co-produced by American and Japanese studios, aired in the United States from 1985 to 1986 and was introduced and broadcast in Taiwan by CTV in 1986. It tells the story of the ThunderCats fleeing their home planet as its lifespan was in peril, but were attacked and decimated by the Mutants' army en route. The surviving ThunderCats landed on Earth, where the survivors, led by the young leader Lion-O, must confront the local Mutant forces.
Cheetarah possesses astonishing speed, running as fast as lightning, excelling at evasion and surprise attacks, and has a sixth sense for predicting danger. She is also the most skilled swimmer among her tribe. This time, MONDO has immortalized Cheetarah as a 1/6 scale articulated figure. The figure stands approximately 28 cm tall, reinterpreting Cheetarah's classic animated look with a more realistic style. The sculpting showcases her slender yet powerful physique and the texture of her fur, while also recreating the intricate details of her armor, exuding a captivating and formidable presence!
Accessories include three interchangeable head sculpts featuring winking, sixth sense, and running expressions; four sets of interchangeable hands; a detachable left shoulder guard; running effect parts; the Mirror of Truth; a magic flute; a short staff, a regular long staff, a transparent long staff; and staff energy effects, allowing for various dynamic poses with the figure's multiple points of articulation and a dedicated display base! Additionally, it includes the ThunderCats' reliable companion Ro-Bear-Bill and Lion-O as a baby, transformed by the Rejuvenation Gas, enabling the recreation of classic scenes from the series!
