Kitan Club "Sanrio Characters Cardboard Box Watch 2" Gashapon Features Super Cute Pompompurin Showing Off Its Signature Butt!

Japanese gashapon manufacturer Kitan Club (キタンクラブ) is releasing a new product featuring various classic Sanrio characters – the "Sanrio Characters Cardboard Box Watch 2" gashapon. Each turn costs 500 Japanese Yen, and it is scheduled to be released in late January 2026!

Following the first series which included Hello Kitty, My Melody, and other designs, this "Sanrio Characters Cardboard Box Watch 2" once again transforms Sanrio stars into mini clocks, approximately 3-5 cm in size, depicted inside various food boxes. In addition to the returning Pochacco and Cinnamoroll, this series also features Pompompurin, Tuxedosam, and Hangyodon. They are placed in boxes corresponding to their character settings, such as banana ice cream, cinnamon rolls, large puddings, sardine cans, and Chinese stir-fried noodles, respectively. The Pompompurin design even features it head-down, showing off its signature butt – super cute! The clock part has a button at the bottom to switch between "date display" and "seconds display" functions, and the battery can also be replaced, allowing the Sanrio stars to tell time for toy enthusiasts for a long time!
