BANDAI SPIRITS' prize figure brand BANPRESTO, known for its "MAXIMATIC" series featuring overwhelming volume and high satisfaction, is set to release a new product based on the popular anime and manga series *My Hero Academia*—"Izuku Midoriya II." It is scheduled for release as a prize figure on January 22, 2026!
*My Hero Academia* is a manga series by Kohei Horikoshi, serialized in *Weekly Shonen Jump* from 2014 to 2025. It tells the story of Izuku Midoriya, a Quirkless protagonist who inherits the "One For All" Quirk from the number one hero All Might. He grows at U.A. High School, the top hero academy, and strives with his companions to become the greatest heroes.
This MAXIMATIC Izuku Midoriya II stands approximately 22 cm tall and captures his dynamic pose as he prepares to unleash Delaware Smash Air Force during his fierce battle with Tomura Shigaraki in the FINAL SEASON. The sculpt faithfully reproduces the damage and wrinkles on Deku's hero costume after the intense fight, with the details and scratches on his hero support items on his hands and feet meticulously recreated. His flowing cape and iconic green curly hair add a strong sense of dynamism to the overall figure! Furthermore, it can be displayed alongside "MAXIMATIC Katsuki Bakugo II" and "MAXIMATIC Shoto Todoroki II," which are also in their final battle poses and are scheduled to arrive in February and March respectively, to enhance the display's impact!
