BANDAI SPIRITS Collectors Division TAMASHII NATIONS, a Japanese company, has announced the latest product from its ROBOT Damashii (Robot Spirits) series of articulated robot figures, the **"ROBOT Damashii (Ka signature) Ξ Gundam (Circe's Witch Ver.)"** from the animated film *Mobile Suit Gundam: Hathaway's Flash - Circe's Witch*, scheduled for release in August 2026.
The **RX-105 Ξ Gundam** is a fifth-generation mobile suit secretly commissioned by the anti-government organization "Mafty Navue Erin" and developed by Anaheim Electronics. This machine boasts a staggering height of 26 meters and is specialized for atmospheric combat. It successfully incorporates an internal Minovsky Flight Unit (theatrical version setting), an improvement on the Minovsky Craft System, as well as the new "Beam Barrier" technology across its body, which reduces drag and allows it to break the sound barrier during flight. In addition to its basic Beam Rifle, Beam Sabers, and Shield, the machine is equipped with high-firepower armaments such as the psycho-frame armament "Funnel Missiles" operable within the atmosphere, "Mega Particle Cannons," and "Micro Missiles."
The **"ROBOT Damashii (Ka signature) Ξ Gundam (Circe's Witch Ver.)"** is a modification of the *Hathaway's Flash* version released in 2024. It is thoroughly supervised by mechanical designer Hajime Katoki, with the main body sculpt largely reusing parts from the previous release. However, some paint colors have been redesigned; for instance, the shoulder armor, back wings, and some hexagonal sections feature pearl coating, adding more depth to the otherwise monochromatic white armor.
The product reproduces the colossal "Ξ Gundam" with its integrated flight armor at an approximate height of 19 cm, delicately recreating internal structures such as the Funnel Missiles and heat sinks hidden within the armor, and featuring arms that are significantly larger than those of standard mobile suits. Each joint boasts flexible articulation, and it includes a cockpit opening/closing mechanism, allowing it to transform into flight mode without needing to swap parts. This version additionally includes a newly sculpted "replacement head part" to recreate the state where the mask is damaged at the end of the story, revealing the internal Gundam face.
In addition to the original "Beam Sabers" that can deploy beams from both sides of the hilt, this version further includes the new "Beam Rifle" that appeared in *Circe's Witch*, along with new hand parts with an energy magazine gripping mechanism. Bipod parts have been added to the barrel and sensor sections, along with a hanger for suspending energy magazines. The shield comes with both the original part and a newly produced battle-damaged version, recreating details such as the peeling anti-beam coating and uneven surface caused by a direct beam hit.
