World-renowned Hong Kong toy brand Hot Toys has officially unveiled a new product from "Kamen Rider Amazon"—the "Kamen Rider Amazon" 1/6th Scale Collectible Figure, with a reference price of $270 USD and an expected release date of September 2027!
Airing in 1974, "Kamen Rider Amazon" is the fourth installment in the Kamen Rider series. The story follows the protagonist, Daisuke Yamamoto, who becomes an orphan after a plane crash and is raised by an Incan tribe in the Amazon rainforest. When Gorgos of the Ten-Faced Demons rebels and the evil Geddon organization attempts to invade, the Incan elder Bago fuses the Gigi Armlet with Daisuke's arm, granting him the ability to transform into Kamen Rider Amazon to avenge his slaughtered village.
This Kamen Rider Amazon 1/6th Scale Collectible Figure stands approximately 30 cm tall and features a newly developed helmet, faithfully recreating the antenna between the brows and an articulated mouth structure. It comes with two interchangeable mouthpieces—one standard and one baring his teeth. Furthermore, the compound eyes are equipped with an LED light-up function, emitting a red glow when activated to reproduce his powerful, feral aura!
The battle suit is recreated with a newly designed green bodysuit, complemented by red stripes and a yellow-orange soft plastic chest plate and dorsal fins to capture the suit's organic silhouette! The white scarf has a wire embedded in the side, allowing for dynamic, flowing poses. The classic Gigi Armlet, black soft plastic gauntlets with fin-blades, and the Condorer belt with its magnetic light-up function on the waist are all exquisitely reproduced!
Accessories include six left and nine right interchangeable hands, the Condorer Rope weapon with an internal wire for free posing, and an effect part for his "Wild Slash" finishing move. Combined with the dedicated display stand and over 30 points of articulation, you can recreate all sorts of awesome poses from the show!
