According to an exclusive report by Deadline, Chris Hemsworth, Taron Egerton, and Zazie Beetz are all confirmed to star in "Kockroach." Channing Tatum was originally attached to the project but ultimately exited due to scheduling conflicts, with Hemsworth stepping in to replace him.
"Kockroach" is an adaptation of William Lashner's 2006 novel of the same name. The screenplay was co-written by Ross and Jonathan Ames, creator of the series "Bored to Death." Production is slated to begin in April, with the story following a mysterious stranger who infiltrates New York's underground crime world, gradually transforming into a powerful crime boss in the city where power reigns supreme.
