Hong Kong's emerging brand Ember Toys is finally launching its die-cast action figure series, "BLAZE"! The commemorative first release will be the latest product based on "Mazinkaiser (Original Version)": "BLAZE Mazinkaiser (Original Version)". It will retail for 39,600 JPY and is slated for an August 2026 release.
The "BLAZE Mazinkaiser (Original Version)" die-cast action figure stands approximately 26 cm tall (head height). Based on the robust design from the game, it has been reimagined with a modern, streamlined aesthetic. When equipped with the Kaiser Scrander, its impressive height reaches approximately 39 cm! Its unique structure boasts over 65 points of articulation throughout the body, allowing for a wide range of dynamic poses. The thighs and calves utilize high-strength, integrated die-cast parts, while the internal structure combines die-cast and POM materials for stable joint retention. The seamless Kaiser Scrander and sharp head sculpt exude an unparalleled presence!
Weapon accessories include twin shoulder blades (recreating the drawing of the sword) and giant missiles. Also included are parts to recreate the Scrander Boomerang, along with a dedicated display base featuring a rotating stand. Furthermore, this figure introduces an innovative dual gimmick for the first time ever: a small electric motor for the "Turbo Smasher Punch" is built into the forearms. Bringing the Kaiser Pilder (which includes a magnet) close will activate a switch, causing the forearms to spin at high speed! Using its internal battery, the effect parts can be displayed wirelessly even when separated. The glowing "Flame Burst" LED screen on the chest will sequentially display "Z," "MA," and "JIN" characters, recreating the process from Photon Power charging to firing. (Requires 3 LR44 batteries).
