Aniplex Inc. (株式会社アニプレックス) has announced its latest product based on the second season of the TV anime "My Dress-Up Darling Season 2": the "Marin Kitagawa Winter Uniform Ver." 1/7 scale PVC painted finished figure. Priced at 22,000 JPY, the figure is slated for release in December 2026.
Marin Kitagawa, the vibrant heroine from Japanese manga artist Shinichi Fukuda's romance manga "My Dress-Up Darling," is Wakana Gojo's classmate. While she typically sports a trendy gyaru look, Marin is secretly a passionate otaku who adores anime and games, believing that cosplay is the "ultimate expression of love" for a character. After discovering Wakana's exceptional sewing skills, she enlists his help to create her cosplay outfits, sparking the budding romance between the two previously unacquainted students.
The "Marin Kitagawa Winter Uniform Ver." 1/7 scale PVC painted finished figure stands approximately 23.5 cm tall. This stunning rendition brings Marin to life in her winter uniform, complete with loose socks and braided pigtails, as seen in episode 19 of the anime.
