Assault Type 1 Smasher
The Assault Type 1 Smasher is specifically designed for high-intensity frontline combat missions in areas with dense artificial structures, as well as small-scale clear-out operations requiring rapid deployment to critical nodes.
Leveraging its specialized bionic muscle structure in its limbs, the Smasher possesses short-burst sprinting capabilities. Enhanced mobility combined with reinforced chest and shoulder protection grants it superior tactical flexibility and individual breakthrough power, allowing it to withstand massive damage and initiate forced charges through dense swarms of insectoid units.
The main body stands approximately 170 mm tall. Accessories include a chest bumper bar, shoulder bumper bar ×2, chest interface bolt, DS-299 bio-bomb, bomb hand connector rod, CBQ-6 submachine gun ×2, Iron Lucille, normal indicator visor, Danger visor, Converge visor, Clear visor, replacement hand types ×11, Vermin series stand. The special bonus is a squad leader head sculpt, with eyes also featuring UV glow effects (a major highlight)!
The paint application and finish are excellent. Its biggest selling points are naturally its ultra-muscular physique and superb articulation! The joint design is similar to Revoltech, thus offering a very high level of poseability! With numerous accessories, it can strike any classic pose and create impactful displays. Its appearance references American football protective gear for the "Assault Type 1 - Smasher," and even its weapon is an American football.
I intentionally did not attach the shoulder bumper bars. Personally, I feel it looks more like a soldier this way, rather than an American football player.
This Smasher is absolutely a high-quality product! I have nothing more to add; just buy a few more to assemble a squad!
Simply speaking, I wonder if it has a chance to become one of D.M.S.'s Top Ten Best Buys@2026?
