During the latest Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) "State of Play" presentation, Saber Interactive, the studio behind "World War Z," officially announced a new, untitled "John Wick" game. The developers confirmed that the game will feature the likeness of Keanu Reeves. Whether Reeves himself will voice the character has not yet been disclosed.

The game is being developed in collaboration with Saber, Lionsgate, and franchise director Chad Stahelski. According to initial details released by the developers, the game will feature an entirely new, original script, set within the existing "John Wick" timeline, further expanding the series' universe. Players can expect to encounter familiar faces as well as new characters.
Regarding gameplay, Saber stated its commitment to faithfully recreating the film's iconic "gun-fu" combat style. This will be complemented by cinematic camera work, immersive driving sequences, and diverse environments. The goal is to fully immerse players in the "John Wick" cinematic world, allowing them to step into the shoes of John Wick himself.
The game is slated for release on PlayStation 5, PC, and Xbox Series X/S. However, a release date has not yet been announced. As more details await revelation, this new title emerged as one of the standout announcements from the State of Play presentation.
