Japanese figure manufacturer quesQ (Ques Q Co., Ltd.), known for producing numerous high-quality character figures, is releasing a new product based on the popular anime "Frieren: Beyond Journey's End"—the "Aura the Guillotine" 1/7 scale pre-painted figure. Priced at 25,080 JPY, it is scheduled for release in December 2026!
Aura the Guillotine is one of the "Seven Sages of Destruction," elite great demons under the Demon King. She possesses magic that compels enemies to obey and controls them. By placing her opponent's soul and her own on the two pans of the Scales of Obedience, the one with greater magical power can force the other to submit. For 500 years, she remained undefeated, relying on the immense magical power accumulated through her demonic nature and longevity. It wasn't until she encountered Frieren, who had lived for over a thousand years and constantly suppressed her own magical power, that her arrogance led to her defeat.
This "Aura the Guillotine" 1/7 scale pre-painted figure stands approximately 24 cm tall. It is crafted around Aura's signature magical ability, the "Scales of Obedience." The intricate and ornate costume's design and wrinkles are faithfully sculpted and reproduced, with details such as her demonic horns and the necklace on her chest exquisitely recreated! The scales in her hand feature flames symbolizing Frieren's and Aura's souls. The translucent material, combined with spray painting to create a glowing effect, contrasts sharply with her delicate, flawless skin. Interchangeable parts allow for displaying the scales tilted to different sides! Additionally, an anxious expression interchangeable face part, featuring an awkward smile and cold sweat, is included, allowing for recreating Aura's classic appearance when she realizes her impending defeat!
