Japanese model manufacturer Good Smile Company and Max Factory's jointly developed character model kit series, "PLAMATEA," has announced the third product from GSC's original bishoujo model kit project "VALKYRIE TUNE," "Erica Stradivari," slated for release in September 2026.
The story of "VALKYRIE TUNE" is set in a dome city in a distant future world, depicting the tales of girls known as "Tuned" who wield "Harmonic Weapons," which are also musical instruments. Every night, they eagerly await the "Tuned Battle" held in the central arena. If they can rank high in these battles and raise the city's level, there is no wish that cannot be granted in this city.
The character being commercialized, "Erica Stradivari," is an honor student with a strict personality and a strong sense of responsibility. She is demanding of herself and others, believing that a well-managed world creates a beautiful life, and thus resolves to participate in Tuned Battles to become a city administrator. She possesses formidable strength, having never tasted defeat, but unexpectedly struggles against Lisa Caster, whose attack style is sloppy and unpredictable.
The "PLAMATEA Erica Stradivari" model kit is composed of various colored molded parts and some pre-painted parts. Once assembled, it stands approximately 16 cm tall. The blue and pink parts of her outfit and weapon are made of clear material, which, combined with the black and white parts resembling a maid's uniform, creates rich layering and splendid colors. The sleeves and skirt parts can also be detached to recreate a sexy, high-speed light mode.
Accessories include 4 pre-painted face parts and 4 unpainted blank face parts, which can be used with the included waterslide decals to create expressions with different gazes. Her dedicated violin-type weapon-instrument can transform from instrument mode to weapon mode, and by swapping some parts, it can recreate armaments such as a long sword, crossbow, and greatsword.
