The "POKEPLA" Pokémon plastic model series, launched by the HOBBY Division of Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS Co., Ltd., has announced two exciting new additions to its "Pokémon Plastic Model Collection Quick!!" lineup: "Meowth" and "Chimchar", scheduled for release in July and September 2026, respectively.
The "Pokémon Plastic Model Collection Quick!!" series is designed to be highly accessible for beginners. It features a convenient design that allows parts to be detached from the runner without the need for any tools. Despite having very few parts, these models boast excellent sculpting, precise part separation, and color molding. With the molded colors of the parts and a small number of supplementary stickers, you can effortlessly complete these cute and compact Pokémon models.
"Pokémon Plastic Model Collection Quick!! 28 Meowth" stands approximately 8.5 cm tall upon completion, showcasing an adorable pose with both hands raised and a smiling expression. Meanwhile, "Pokémon Plastic Model Collection Quick!! 29 Chimchar" stands approximately 9.5 cm tall upon completion, featuring a four-legged stance and a side-profile expression similar to its official artwork.
