BANPRESTO, the prize figure division of Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS Co., Ltd., will release the latest product in its "Grandista" series, themed after "Jujutsu Kaisen": the "Grandista - Maki Zen'in -" pre-painted figure. It will be sold as a prize item and is scheduled for release in July 2026.
Maki Zen'in, a second-year student and senior at Tokyo Jujutsu High, is only a Grade 4 Jujutsu Sorcerer, but possesses strength far exceeding her rank (rated at Grade 1). She is the strongest among students who use Cursed Tools! Hailing from the Zen'in family, one of the Jujutsu world's Big Three families, she faced discrimination due to her lack of cursed energy, requiring special glasses to see Cursed Spirits. She dislikes being called by her family name. After leaving home, she strives alone towards her dream of "becoming a powerful Jujutsu Sorcerer," aiming to prove the Zen'in family, which reveres inherited techniques, wrong.
The "Grandista - Maki Zen'in -," emphasizing its impressive size, stands approximately 26 cm tall and appears in her cool design from the anime "Jujutsu Kaisen Culling Game Arc Part 1"! It faithfully recreates the scars covering her body; the form-fitting pants with natural wrinkles and captivating sheen are also a major highlight! Holding the Cursed Tool "Playful Cloud" in one hand and her flowing jacket in the other, she exudes immense power and presence.
