At IGN Fan Fest 2026, TT Games unveiled new details for "Lego Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight," with a major point of interest being the potential inclusion of Ben Affleck's Batman suit. As more official information emerges, fans hoping to see "Batfleck's" costume appear to be in luck.
While the game features a limited character roster, it will include over 100 Batsuits spanning various generations and media adaptations, celebrating Batman's extensive history across film and comics.
Confirmed classic suits include those worn by Robert Pattinson, Christian Bale, Val Kilmer, Michael Keaton, and Adam West. While the official announcement didn't directly name Ben Affleck's version—who portrayed Batman in the DCEU films "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" and "Justice League"—the phrasing has been notably suggestive.
Jonathan Smith, Head of Production and Strategy Director at TT Games, stated that the team "pulled from every element of the franchise's history in this game." When pressed on whether this included Zack Snyder's DCEU era, he elaborated, "Yes, you'll see recognizable suits, iconic moments, and vehicles from across the films." While Affleck's name wasn't explicitly mentioned, this statement is widely interpreted as a strong hint.
Approximately a dozen suits have already appeared in trailers, with the remaining content reserved for players to unlock. IGN noted that the game aims to strike a balance between classic elements and innovation, both honoring the Caped Crusader's legacy and creating an accessible experience for new generations of players.
