FREEing, a Japanese figure manufacturer, has announced the latest product from its "B-Style" series, which creates exquisite character figures in a large 1/4 scale: the "Rain Mikamura Bunny Ver. 1/4 Scale Figure" from the anime "Mobile Fighter G Gundam," slated for release in September 2026.
The heroine, Rain Mikamura, is Domon Kasshu's childhood friend. She is cheerful, responsible, and highly talented, not only holding a medical license but also serving as a mechanic, intelligence agent, and Gundam pilot during Domon's participation in the Gundam Fight. Although she occasionally quarrels with the stubborn Domon, their relationship only grows stronger with each argument. When Rain was exploited by Major Ishikawa and became a biological component of the Devil Gundam, Domon came to her rescue and delivered a classic confession, causing Rain to awaken and break free from the Devil Gundam's shackles. The two made an eternal vow never to be separated and ultimately unleashed their ultimate shining technique, the "Sekiha LOVE LOVE Tenkyoken," together to destroy the Devil Gundam.
The "Rain Mikamura Bunny Ver. 1/4 Scale Figure" utilizes its large size to showcase Rain's bold, open-legged sitting pose. It meticulously sculpts her distinctive hairstyle and beautiful, voluptuous figure, while her characteristic hair and intelligent, calm smile highlight Rain's character charm. The original bunny suit incorporates features from her combat suit in the original work, adopting a sexy high-cut design combined with over-the-knee stockings.
The shoes also feature the same high-heel design as in the original work, and the antenna-like shapes made of Gundam alloy on various parts of her limbs are faithfully reproduced. To achieve a realistic feel for the bunny suit, the black fabric is given a high-gloss, mirror-like finish, creating a shiny PU leather-like texture. The fishnet stockings, a continuing feature of the series, are made from real fabric, accentuating the beautiful curves of her legs.
