The Danish LEGO toy company yesterday (12th) officially unveiled its latest product, numbered 21367, in the LEGO Ideas series: "Tintin Moon Rocket"! The suggested retail price is US$159.99, with an anticipated release date of April 1, 2026.

This set comprises a total of 1283 pieces, and the assembled Moon Rocket stands at an impressive height of 49 cm. Compared to Portuguese LEGO fan Alexis Dos Santos's original design proposal, the Moon Rocket incorporates more curved elements, resulting in a superior aesthetic with its refined contours. While the official version omits the original yellow launch tower, it includes five minifigures, notably "Tintin," and even features the loyal canine companion "Snowy" (Milou in French) transformed into a LEGO minifigure, complete with a spacesuit! This strategic decision to focus solely on the rocket body for the commercial release is expected to enhance the set's display versatility.

Beyond its exceptional exterior, removing the panel from the rocket's conical top reveals the intricate internal control room. Enthusiasts will appreciate the exquisite interior detailing and screens; according to the LEGO Ideas official website, a delightful Easter egg allows you to discover original designer Alexis Dos Santos's zodiac sign on the map displayed on the screen! This clever detail is quintessentially LEGO!

The minifigures included are the golden-haired Tintin, the black-haired and bearded Captain Haddock, the green-haired twin detectives Thomson and Thompson (Dupont et Dupond in French), and the bald Professor Calculus. Each orange spacesuit boasts intricate printing and is equipped with both a helmet and an oxygen tank – truly captivating!
