The "History Box" collectible series, released by BANPRESTO, a prize figure brand under Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS company, will launch its latest product from the classic Japanese masterpiece "Dragon Ball" on March 24, 2026: "Shenron"! Let's take a look!
The History Box series not only produces the character's main body but also utilizes dioramas and effect parts to recreate famous scenes from the story, achieving a higher degree of authenticity! This "History Box Shenron" stands approximately 11 cm tall, with the overall design based on the classic scene where Pilaf (ピラフ) summons Shenron, attempting to wish for world domination.
The powerful Shenron is meticulously sculpted with details such as scales, whiskers, horns, sharp claws, and its iconic red eyes. And facing Shenron, Pilaf, with his hands raised and a cunning smile, is also wonderfully depicted. That robe with "Fried Rice" (炒飯) written on it is truly nostalgic. Coupled with the surrounding giant mushroom-like plants and the curved base, it looks absolutely fantastic when displayed!
