After releasing multiple statues based on Kazuki Takahashi's "Yu-Gi-Oh!", such as "Blue-Eyes White Dragon", "Red-Eyes Black Dragon", and "Yami Yugi", British statue brand First 4 Figures' latest creation is the resin statue of Yugi's arch-rival, "Seto Kaiba". Pre-orders are now open on the F4F official website, with Regular, Exclusive, and a more luxurious Definitive Edition being released simultaneously. Shipping is estimated to begin in Q1 2027, with suggested retail prices of US$319.99, US$339.99, and US$499.99 respectively (early bird discounts are also available).
The "Seto Kaiba" statue created by F4F stands approximately 25 cm tall, capturing him in a dynamic card-dueling pose, as if he has just drawn a card from his deck. And that card is none other than his ultimate ace, "Blue-Eyes White Dragon"! The intricate details of his attire and the trench coat, seemingly reinforced with steel, are meticulously sculpted. However, the cards on the Duel Disk appear to be rendered via paint application, looking somewhat flat in the close-up official images. Kaiba's head sculpt, similar to Yami Yugi's, unfortunately lacks a truly captivating portrayal of his essence. Nevertheless, the base, inspired by the Duel Disk, is incredibly cool.
