Alloy Movable Figure "METAL BUILD Hatsune Miku" to be Announced Soon - Detailed Mechanical Body Back View Revealed First!

The popular alloy movable figure series "METAL BUILD", released by TAMASHII NATIONS, the collector's toy division of Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS Co., Ltd., has announced that its latest product, "Hatsune Miku", will be officially unveiled on March 26, 2026, along with a sneak peek at the prototype's back view.

Diverging from the METAL BUILD series' past focus solely on robot characters, the new initiative, "EX PROJECT", will introduce famous characters from Japanese anime, manga, and tokusatsu. This aims to EXTEND the richness of the product lineup, incorporate EXTRAORDINARY stylistic interpretations into their designs, and open up more diverse possibilities for the METAL BUILD series through EXPANSION.

The upcoming "METAL BUILD Hatsune Miku" boasts a cool style that deviates from her official default image. Her slender humanoid body integrates original mechanical designs from the METAL BUILD series. Aside from retaining human features in areas such as the face, some hair, and the abdomen, almost the entire body is designed as a highly detailed mechanical frame. Various metallic colors are used to paint different parts, and heavy-duty die-cast alloy materials are utilized for joints and other sections. Accessories are also expected to include fabric-sewn clothing parts, allowing Hatsune Miku to be dressed in highly distinctive styles.
