World-renowned Hong Kong toy manufacturer Hot Toys has unveiled a new product based on the film "The Mandalorian & Grogu" – "The Mandalorian & Grogu" 1/6th scale collectible set. It will be released in both Collector Edition and Deluxe versions. This article focuses on the Collector Edition, with a suggested retail price of US$330, and an estimated release date of March 2027!
The Mandalorian figure stands approximately 31 cm tall. The head sculpt exquisitely recreates the facial details of Din Djarin, as portrayed by actor Pedro Pascal, and features independent rolling eyeballs, allowing for subtle adjustments to his expressive gaze! The battle suit meticulously reproduces the iconic Mandalorian helmet design from the series. Both the helmet and the full Beskar steel armor feature high-quality electroplated coating, creating a striking contrast between the gleaming metallic luster and the fabric texture achieved through multi-material tailoring!
The Grogu figure stands approximately 6 cm tall, recreating his appearance in the new big-screen production. It exquisitely reproduces his skin texture and facial expressions, and features an articulated head design, allowing for adjustments to the orientation of his signature large ears and his curious gaze as desired! Furthermore, Grogu's interior is designed with a powerful magnetic function, allowing him to securely attach to the Mandalorian's left shoulder!
Accessories include eight newly developed interchangeable hands. In terms of weaponry, in addition to the classic IB-94 blaster pistol and vibro-knife, it also features a newly developed Amban Phase-pulse Blaster, a dagger, a grappling hook for the right arm, and a gravity bomb, among other abundant weapons. Furthermore, it comes with a magnetic jetpack and transparent orange flame effect parts, which can be combined with the figure's 30 points of articulation and the exquisitely detailed snow-themed display base to recreate the duo's dynamic combat poses, whether soaring through the air or on the ground!
