Japanese toy manufacturer Kaiyodo, under its highly articulated action figure series "AMAZING YAMAGUCHI" (アメコミヤマグチ), has officially announced its latest product from DC Comics: the "Hellbat Armor" (ヘルバット)! Scheduled for release in January 2027, with a suggested retail price of 12,000 JPY.
The Hellbat Armor is a suit completed by Bruce Wayne in collaboration with members of the Justice League. Superman, Wonder Woman, The Flash, Green Lantern, and other characters infused this armor with their respective high-tech, magical, and power systems, granting Batman absolute formidable power, even allowing him to withstand supervillains of Darkseid's caliber, truly an ultimate armor. However, this seemingly invincible armor is powered by the user's "life force." In other words, it is a superhuman power gained by burning one's life, and prolonged use will lead to death.
This figure stands approximately 19 cm tall and is made from materials such as PVC, ABS, and POM. While maintaining its imposing physique, it also retains the amazing articulation characteristic of the AMAZING YAMAGUCHI series. The overall design features a deep glossy black as its base, complemented by striking metallic red accents, along with lines that convey a strong sense of sharpness, and spikes and claws on the hands and legs, making even a simple standing pose incredibly menacing and powerful. The wings on its back can be extensively spread out, or posed to envelop the body. Accessories include interchangeable hands for energy release states, and energy effect parts that can be wrapped around the claws.
