BANDAI SPIRITS Co., Ltd.'s TAMASHII NATIONS collector's toy division has officially announced the latest product from their popular 'S.H.Figuarts' action figure series, "Gavan Luminous," based on Toei's tokusatsu series Super Space Sheriff Gavan Infinity, slated for release in November 2026.
The hyper-dimensional hero saga Super Space Sheriff Gavan Infinity is a remake based on some settings from the 1982 Toei tokusatsu series Space Sheriff Gavan. The story is set across various Earths in the multiverse, where each universe has an organization dedicated to protecting cosmic peace, the "Galactic Federal Police," and a powerful "Gavan." The golden Gavan, "Gavan Luminous," transforms via "Jouchaku" by Detective Kiki Iwai of the Galactic Federal Police Forensics Division on Multiverse Earth I5109. She possesses excellent deductive and analytical skills, capable of accurately assessing battle situations and utilizing the most suitable equipment to resolve them. Her intense curiosity also drives her passion for researching "Emotion Energy," allowing her to even understand the language of "Emotion Batteries."
"S.H.Figuarts Gavan Luminous" is crafted with an articulated specification, standing approximately 14 cm tall. Its precise sculpting recreates her comparatively smaller stature and slender, beautiful body curves compared to the other two Gavans. Luxurious gold and brass-colored paintwork is applied to achieve the plated texture of the suit seen in the series, along with transitional gradients at the extremities of her limbs. The shoulder armor, integrated with the torso, also features silver paintwork to reproduce its intricate carved patterns.
Accessories include the "Gavarion Trigger," which serves as both a transformation device and a shooting weapon; the "Galactic Federal Police Handbook" in its open state; the melee weapon "Gavarion Blade"; the "Kiki Emotion Battery"; and three interchangeable left hands and four interchangeable right hands. The Gavarion Trigger also features opening and closing mechanisms for its left and right parts, as well as a removable Emotion Battery. With these various armaments combined with the main body's flexible articulated joints, you can recreate dynamic battle poses from the series.
