The popular action figure series "S.H.Figuarts," released by TAMASHII NATIONS, the collector's toy division of Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS Company, has announced its latest product from the anime Dragon Ball: DAIMA, the "S.H.Figuarts Super Saiyan 4 Son Goku -DAIMA-" action figure! The suggested retail price is 8,800 JPY, and it is scheduled for release in December 2026!
Goku's original form, "Super Saiyan 4," which appeared in the anime Dragon Ball GT, was highly iconic with its body covered in red fur and its ability to unleash a 10x Kamehameha. However, because the original creator, Akira Toriyama, was not involved in the anime's production, it was considered a spin-off. Now, in the new anime Dragon Ball: DAIMA (Dragon Ball Daima), released to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the Dragon Ball series, the shrunken Goku transforms into his Super Saiyan 4 form, personally designed by the late Akira Toriyama. The design also features slight adjustments from before. Super Saiyan 4 has finally been officially recognized~~
The "S.H.Figuarts Super Saiyan 4 Son Goku -DAIMA-" action figure stands approximately 14.5 cm tall. Utilizing the latest articulation structure developed for the series, it is crafted with a brand-new sculpt, faithfully recreating Goku's Super Saiyan 4 transformation! The robust musculature is adorned with reddish-pink fur, meticulously sculpted with detailed fur textures and fluffy reddish-pink hair strands. The red pupils are remarkably sharp! It comes with a serious expression and four interchangeable face parts including gritting teeth, shouting, glaring, and a sneer. Coupled with a rich assortment of interchangeable hand parts and a Kamehameha effect part, it allows for the recreation of various battle scenes from the series!
Furthermore, it also includes interchangeable Power Pole parts and interchangeable face parts for use with the separately sold "S.H.Figuarts Son Goku -DAIMA-"~
