The popular die-cast action figure series "METAL BUILD," released by TAMASHII NATIONS, the collector's toy division of Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS Company, has announced the upcoming release of two expansion weapon parts designed for use with the "Hi-ν Gundam [METAL BUILD EXPO]" main unit. Further details will be revealed at a later date.

Currently, silhouettes of the two expansion armaments have been revealed in advance: the "HWS Expansion Parts Set," which can recreate the heavy armament form, and the astonishingly large "Hyper Mega Bazooka Launcher." The silhouette of the Hyper Mega Bazooka Launcher appears to be fundamentally identical in shape to the version released in 2022, suggesting that the paint colors and marking designs may be adjusted to match the new color scheme of the Hi-ν Gundam [METAL BUILD EXPO].

Meanwhile, the "HWS Expansion Parts Set" is an entirely new product that has been in preparation for many years, capable of recreating the "HWS Hi-ν Gundam," which has rarely been commercialized. Since the "Hi-ν Gundam [METAL BUILD EXPO]" uses a single-sided stand to mount six "Fin Funnels," the silhouette in HWS form is still closer to the "HWS ν Gundam." From the silhouette, one can observe the added armor on various parts of the body, the more powerful "Hyper Mega Rifle," and other design elements. If a "METAL BUILD ν Gundam" is released in the future, these parts might also be directly compatible.
