GASHAPON Unleashes "The Powerpuff Girls Connectable Mascot Charms" Capsule Toys!

Bandai's GASHAPON division is launching an exciting new product featuring "The Powerpuff Girls": the "The Powerpuff Girls Connectable Mascot Charms" capsule toys! Each gashapon will retail for 300 JPY, with an anticipated release in the fourth week of May 2026.

Airing on Cartoon Network, a Warner Bros. subsidiary, from 1998 to 2005, the animated series "The Powerpuff Girls" was adapted from creator Craig McCracken's short film "Whoopass Stew!" which he made while attending CalArts. The creation of the Powerpuff Girls – "sugar, spice, and everything nice," plus the accidental addition of "Chemical X" – is undoubtedly a cherished childhood memory for many collectors!

This new "The Powerpuff Girls Connectable Mascot Charms" collection features two distinct poses (A and B) for each of the three Powerpuff Girls: Blossom, Bubbles, and Buttercup. Each pose comes in two versions – one with a ball chain and one with a lobster clasp – resulting in a total of 12 unique variations, each showcasing different expressions! Every charm includes attachment loops on the top and bottom (e.g., head, hands, feet), allowing collectors to link them together using the lobster clasps. This enables dynamic displays, capturing the girls' mid-air interactions with their varied upward and downward gazes.
