World-renowned Hong Kong toy manufacturer Hot Toys has officially unveiled a new product from the fan-favorite animated series "Star Wars: The Clone Wars"—the "Ahsoka Tano (Padawan)" 1/6 Scale Collectible Figure. This release will be limited to 400 sets in Hong Kong at a price of HK$1,680, with information on overseas availability yet to be announced. Pre-orders will be available exclusively at the "Star Wars: Grogu's Galactic Journey" event held at the AIRSIDE shopping center in Kai Tak, Hong Kong.
This version of Ahsoka Tano (Padawan) appears to partially utilize the sculpt from the previous "Star Wars: Ahsoka" Ahsoka Tano (Padawan)" figure. The head sculpt masterfully captures the likeness of actress Ariana Greenblatt, who portrayed the young Ahsoka. Her signature Togruta blue-and-white striped montrals and head-tails are exquisitely recreated, and the figure features rolling eyeballs, allowing for subtle adjustments to her determined expression. The elbows incorporate a seamless design, and the outfit has been updated to her iconic "Clone Wars" tube top and skirt, tailored from composite fabric materials. An included gray cloak allows for a more mysterious display option.
For weaponry, the set includes lightsaber hilts with an LED light-up function, as well as interchangeable blades depicting static, motion-blur, and blaster-deflecting effects. Accessories include multiple sets of interchangeable hands, a thermal detonator, night-vision goggles, and a holoprojector featuring hologram miniatures of Master Yoda, Obi-Wan Kenobi, and Anakin Skywalker. Furthermore, this release comes packed with a figure of Rotta the Huttlet—Jabba the Hutt's son—and a specialized Clone Trooper backpack. This allows collectors to pair her with the previously released "Anakin Skywalker (The Clone Wars)" figure to recreate the classic scene of the master-and-apprentice duo on their rescue mission!
